The Vollrath 46898 comes in five different
colors for use in HACCP programs. Each
12" nylon spoon features an easy to clean
one-piece construction, which removes
crevices that collect bacteria and creates a
stronger spoon. The Hi-Heat nylon can
withstand temperatures up to 475 degrees
Fahrenheit and will not scratch or mar
surfaces. Vollrath has also added hanging
holes to the handles for simple storage.
The Vollrath 46898 12" Hi-Heat nylon prep
spoon comes in blue, red, tan, white, and
yellow.
