This Vollrath 40846 48" curved glass heated display cabinet features an attractive base that allows the unit to be installed into a counter as a drop in that blends seamlessly into your establishment, or as a countertop unit for optimum flexibility and space-saving efficiency! Perfect for putting your hot foods prominently on display while keeping them fresh, tender, and delicious for hours after cooking, it boasts a digitally controlled thermostat that provides precise, consistent performance at temperatures ranging from 104-158 degrees Fahrenheit.
