Its durable smooth aluminum plates heat up and recover quickly, and the thermostatic controls ensure consistent results, with adjustment between 120 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit. The smooth plate design is especially suited for Cuban and Italian style sandwiches, Texas toast, and more. This flat aluminum plate panini sandwich press comes with an adjustable handle that allows you to set the press height for even cooking, order after order. The Vollrath Cayenne 40793 panini sandwich press is NSF and ETL Listed and requires a 120V electrical connection.
