With 3000 watts of power, the 30 lb. Vollrath 40710 twin pot electric countertop fryer enables fast recovery and enough output for busy snack bars, concession stands and more! Its dual well design doubles your output, and permits you to fry two different foods simultaneously, at different temperatures with no flavor transfer. A fully welded oil tank and safety interlock drain valve allow for easy cleaning. This 30 lb. countertop fryer is engineered with a cold zone in each fry pot to prolong the life of your fryer oil and produce better tasting, more consistent results. It's thermostatically controlled to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, with fast heat up and recovery times to keep up with the rush.

A compact footprint accommodates tight spaces, and non-skid rubber feet keep this counter top deep fryer stable during use. Four 4" x 10" x 4" nickel-plated fryer baskets with cool-touch handles ship with every Vollrath 40710 30 lb. countertop fryer. It is ETL and NSF Listed, and requires a 220V electrical connection.
