The temperature range on the Vollrath 40703 is from 150-570 degrees F, and there are two interior shelves in the 9-1/2"h. x 18-1/2"w. x 16- 1/2"d oven space. The Vollrath 40703 is NSF and ETL certified with a one year factory warranty. Stainless steel interior and exterior. Exterior size of 24"w. x 17"h. x 24"d.
