The Vollrath 40701 Cayenne convection oven features a removable cool-touch door and knob guard for operator safety, and the removable shelf runners and rounded interior corners allow for fast and easy cleaning. The exterior and interior are made of stainless steel for outstanding durability, and the non-tip chrome plated steel shelves allow for easy baking. And to help you monitor baking progress, this oven comes with an interior light.
