Whether you operate a self serve or staff serve based buffet, banquet hall, or institutional cafeteria, the easily accessible Vollrath 38102 ServeWell two well, sealed well, electric hot food table provides excellent food merchandising opportunities.

Unlike other hot food tables with stainless steel wells, the Vollrath 38102 ServeWell two well electric hot food table has self insulating, resin coated wells that will not rust or pit. Brass drain valves make it easy to empty and clean the wells individually.

The hot food table's two independent thermostatic controls sense and adjust to fluctuating water temperatures and food pan capacities, to help maintain consistent food safe holding temperatures. Each control features a low water indicator light.

A plate shelf, adjustable legs, and an 8" wide, NSF Listed cutting board are standard on all Vollrath ServeWell hot food tables.

The Vollrath 38102 ServeWell two well hot food table has a 120V, 11.7 amp, 1400 watt electrical rating, and is UL and NSF Listed. A 10', bottom mounted power cord is included. Consult the Specification Sheet for further installation details, dimensions, and electrical information. Some assembly required.

This stationary APW Wyott SST2S sealed element steam table features two individual sealed wells, perfect for maintaining hot soups, stews, chilis, vegetables, and much more! The APW Wyott SST2S sealed element steam table is designed with non-marking feet that adjust the unit height between from 34 1/2" to 35 1/2".

Each unit is constructed of type 304 stainless steel with four stainless steel legs and a stainless steel undershelf. Individually-controlled, 750 watt, high-output tubular heating elements ensure proper temperature control in both wet and dry applications.
