Vollrath 379038 Details

The Vollrath 379038 Redco 4-8 wedge push block replaces the missing or damaged one on the InstaCut 3.5 and 5.0 series vegetable and fruit cutter. When paired with the appropriate wedge blade assembly (sold separately), it helps produce either 4 or 8 neat wedges for efficient production.
