Guarantee customers at your buffet, banquet hall, or cafeteria style restaurant a fresh, hot cup of soup with the the Vollrath 36463 7 qt. drop in soup well. The soup well requires a round cutout with a diameter of 10 9/16" and can hold 7 1/4 qt. inset pots.

The Vollrath 36463 7 qt. drop in soup well features double wall construction with high density glass fiber insulation, to help hold and evenly distribute heat throughout your soups, stews, or sauces. Mounting brackets are included for easy, top-mount installation.

A remote, dial style infinite control gives you complete control over temperature settings. It requires a 5 7/8" x 6 3/8" cut out and comes with a pre-installed four foot cord.

The drop in soup well also features a 3/4" drain with a welded, stainless steel fitting and ball valve shut off nozzle, making it easy to remove the well water when you're finished with service.

The Vollrath 36463 7 1/4 qt. drop in soup well has a 208/240V, 4.0 amp, 960 watt electrical rating, is UL and NSF Listed, and comes with a pre-installed six foot power chord. Consult the Specification Sheet for further installation requirements, electrical information, or dimensions.
