Continue to create beautifully cored and sliced fruits and vegetables by replacing the pusher head on your Redco 808N Wedgemaster with this Vollrath 328 8 section core pusher head assembly. This pusher block is designed to quickly replace the one that came with your unit so that you can continue to produce premium products with minimal downtime. When paired with the matching blade assembly (sold separately), you can also change the standard cut style of your existing Wedgemaster unit.
