Designed to be used with drop-in cold-plate drink dispensers, this unit directs cold waste water from your dispenser down a counter flow tube and into a cold waste water reservoir. Fresh, potable water enters this reservoir through a winding stainless steel tube, absorbing the cold from the waste water without mixing the two sources. Since the water is already cold when it reaches your dispenser, your machine will experience less cold plate ice usage, lower electricity costs, improved carbonation retention, and fewer water filter changes!
