The DX-JN comes with your choice of a 36, 18, 9 or 6 part head and allows for fast, accurate scaling and rounding of dough in weights ranging from 1 ounce to 26 ounces each. All interchangeable head assemblies are available for purchase. Head assemblies are removable without the need for tools, making removal for daily cleaning quick and easy. Once removed, the head assembly can be placed in a sink or dishwasher for complete cleaning to sanitary operating condition in just minutes per day. The DX-JN is easy to use. Simply determine the total dough needed for finished rounded dough balls, place your bulk dough portion on your dough tray, pull down on upper handle to evenly flatten the bulk dough. Engage blades, pull down on upper handle to divide the dough into equal portions. Release the blades, pull bottom lever forward to round portion dough. Remove the tray containing the evenly portioned dough balls. The DX-BMIH manual bench dough divider is also available for dividing many types of yeast raised dough. Including bread and bun dough, pizza dough and tortilla dough. The interchangeable head assemblies of 18 or 36 part heads allow for fast, accurate scaling of dough in weights ranging from 1 ounce up to 7 ounces each.
