Supreme Chafer

Hi, I’m Steve Ziegler with the WEBstaurantstore. Today, I get to talk about my favorite chafers, the supreme line. Why are they my favorite? Well, it’s simple. When I started selling food service equipment 15 years ago, my customers would go gaga over pictures of chafers like these but they’d never buy them. They’d never buy them because chafers like these back in those days would start in the thousand dollar range. One of my favorite things about these supreme chafers compared to other chafers is these are perfect for both dual-sided and single-sided service. You can see this dome cover will open 180 degrees so you can serve off both sides of the table. However, if you want to just serve off of one side of the table or if you are dealing with some wind, you can set this pin right here and you’re able to have this at 90 degrees to just serve off of one side of the table. Both the round and the rectangular have this feature. The 4-quart however only opens 90 degrees for single-sided service. With their extra heavy construction, their large size and their simple and elegant styling, these supreme chafers really make a statement. Although they are priced low enough for home use, they would just as at home at a 4-star hotel or the fanciest wedding.
