Wilkinson B55 9" Aluminum Foil Pie Pan 1" Deep 1000/CS
The cons are that in a conventional oven, the bottoms of your pies won't brown easily. Also, when cutting your cooked pie, the knife quickly cuts into the thin pan and starts a runny mess. Pretty flimsy for transportation. But they're just average.

Wilkinson G23 8 1/4" Cake Tray / Lid Display Container 10/Pack
These containers are tall enough for our ice cream cakes, which are two layers with an inch or two of icing decorations on top. Easy to use. We use them with the gold cake circles-they look great. Four stars because we haven't found an effective way to stop cake circles from sliding.
