Vollrath 47946 16 qt. Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl

Bowl is very sturdy works very well for catching/holding ground meat. I've started making my own sausage and burgers and need a bowl that can be put into the fridge/freezer to keep the contents cold before and during grinding.

This whip is vey well made. The handle is perfect for when water or other liquids get it wet. The whisk its self is perfect for egg whites and chantilly cream.
