8" Lincoln by Vollrath Wear-Ever EZ4008 Ever-Smooth CeramiGuard II Non-Stick Fry Pan - Rivet-less
Great pan with a solid feel, thick aluminum, and excellent non-stick properties. The only problem I've had with it is it's a little handle heavy so it doesn't lay flat on the electric stove I'm stuck using. If you hold the handle as you cook or have a gas stove top, it should be better.

These are pretty nice for the price! They are great for serving on a buffet. Also great for catering events or even table side service!

Vollrath 69030 3 qt. Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl
I owned a whole line of these mixing bowls, from the 1 1/2 QT - 30 QT in the kitchen, I did not have to worry about my workers breaking them while cooking or prep. They are easy to clean and NSF approved. I will buy more

These trays look great on the buffet line. they are really nice for fruit platters or vegetable crudites. they polish up really nice as well

Vollrath 52026 16 1/2" High Temperature Silicone Spatula
Sturdy handle and nice temp resistance. We use it to stir boiling pastas and also when frying garlic or onions in the frying pan. Never had one melt.
