Vollrath 3704 Centurion 4 1/4 qt. Sauce Pan
Day to day wear cant break these down. easy to clean and they heat up quick. This is a great buy for anyone who needs a reputable sauce pot.

The single deck cafeteria guard complements the Vollrath 5 well food table. We use this to serve customers lunch specials rapidly in the front end of our restaurant. Would prefer to be either a bit larger or angled, but still great for the job.
