Vollrath makes a good product, this aluminum sheet pan was no exception. This product cooked evenly and was constructed well. I would recommend this product.

Vollrath 47946 16 qt. Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl
These are surprisingly sturdy bowls. The stainless is relatively thin and appreciably light but it holds up very well. If abused, the bottom and sides will get dinged and misshaped but they've always remained usable. It's more than you could ask for at this price.

5 Qt. Vollrath Wear Ever 68123 Rice / Vegetable Steamer Set
We use this steamer set on a daily basis to steam our Rice. We haven't really had much of a chance to use it for vegetables but I can't speak highly enough for its quality and durability!
