This is a great bowl. The quality is superb and it's never a problem to clean it, no matter what kind of food gets stuck on it.

Vollrath 47934 4 qt. Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl
This is a useful mixing bowl that I use in my kitchen. In fact I have 6 of these since they are so useful. They look mirror-polished when they arrive new, but oven time they develop very thin hair-line scratched due to use. These scratches do not affect the performance of the mixing bowls. The stainless steel construction makes it easy to clean and wash them. I use these for making various sauces, mixing gelatin desert powders and using them as ingredient bowls.

These tongs are made with heat resistant nylon ends and are comfortable in the hand!! Great for grilling where you use them for long periods of time at a time!!!
