  • Vollrath 3812 Optio 12 1/2" Fry Pan - Natural Finish

    This is a great all-purpose saute pan. I utilize it for gluten-free cooking because it can be easily cleaned and sanitized, and doesn't scratch like teflon. The only down-side is that it is rather heavy, so I have to use two hands to lift it. It is quite sturdy and seems to be a good long-term option. Great pan for the price.

    This full size pan cover is very thick, easy to clean, none stick. It is very convenient to have the cover for storage, it help to keep bugs and prevents anything to get in the food. Love it

  • 6" Vollrath 47046 Heavy Duty Pom Tong

    I really like the heavy duty unit campared to it's lighter counterparts; it's much more sturdy and can be used for a larger varitey of tasks. It washes up great in the dishwasher, and is very much worth the little bit extra you spend.

    I have two different brand soup servers. The Volrath heats up much quicker than the other brand and keeps the product at a nice hot temp.

    This stainless steel bowl is very economical for the price. Why spend a lot when it will get banged up anyway? A must have for any restaurant or bake shop.
