Vollrath Jacob's Pride 47141 #10 Ivory Disher
I have Dishers in multiple sizes. This one I use to make meatballs and stuffing at Thanksgiving. I cook my stuffing in muffin pans, this way they cook in a much shorter time and the stuffing has a lot of crispy edges. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge or frozen and I can heat only as much as I need.
