Vollrath Super Pan 3103040 Super Shape 1/3 Size Oval Pan
I personally like this pan because of the shape of the bread that it makes. The shape seems to sell the bread all by itself. This pan is perfect for making stuffed bread items as well!

Vollrath 52010 10" High Temperature Silicone Spatula
If I could rate this a 10 I would! This spatula is the BEST! It has both a rounded side and a square edge which gets every nook and cranny. It feel to the bottom of the dishwaher and didn't even melt from the heat dry to my amazement. I'm so impressed i'm going to buy one as a gift for my grandma for next christmas. Do yourself a favor and throw all your old spatulas away and replace them with this one you be glad you did.

5 lb. Vollrath Wear Ever 5435 Anodized Aluminum Loaf Pan - 5" x 10"
When the need arises to bake breads that have a high degree of yeast in them and rise a lot, this pan takes the cake, so to speak. I have owned my pan for over a year and it still drops the loaves out perfectly every time I use it!
