This french fry cutter makes cutting fresh frys fast,easy and very little mess to clean up. my old cutter took alot of pressure to cut this one take half as much.

Vollrath 68296 1 qt. Aluminum Measuring Cup
I love this cup! It reminds me of the ole days of kitchen life. These containers have so many purposes, from batter to flour, to storing, pouring, and making/mixing key components ahead of time that need to be measured precisely! I use it mostly for measuring flour for pizza dough and making sure I have some extra to add on the kneading surface etc. GREAT QUALITY AT SUCH A PRICE!

Vollrath 47938 8 qt. Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl
Very nice bowl. My only concern is that the bottom feels thin -- it flexes. However, overall the bowl is sturdy, and a nice shallow shape, which is great for the salad tossing I intend it for.
