Love these tongs. No springs to break and no areas for gunk to bulid up. Rubber handel makes this tong comfortable and also stylish. Perfect tension and I don't feel like I've wored out after using them.

These are great for non stick pans. They are highly heat resistance so you don't have to worry when you are cooking or flipping pancakes.

Vollrath Wear Ever 5314 Heavy Duty 13 Gauge Half Size Bun / Sheet Pan - 13" x 18"
These are my go to baking pans. I use them to bake and roast everything. I've made meatloaf, cookies, and even roast my whole chicken on it. They heat evenly, making them perfect for my macaroon cookies. You can use them as it or line them with parchment paper. They are a 1/2 sheet size, so they fit inside your oven at home. The larger full size pans don't usually fit into a conventional home oven.

I'm all for getting the cheaper version of something when it works well but save yourself the trouble of getting the cheap tongs and get the good ones. While they've got a nylon end that won't scratch non stick pan, their end is still quite stiff compared to the cheap knock-offs.
