Vollrath 46899 15" Hi-Heat Nylon Prep Spoons
Finally found a great heavy duty spoon. This spoon works great with non-stick pans and pots.I would suggest anyone looking for a long handled spoon to consider this one.

Vollrath Wear Ever 68085 17" x 14" Aluminum Cookie Sheet
This is a beautiful cookie sheet. The usable space (the flat area) is the full 14" by 17". Outer measurement is 17-3/4". Large baking surface. Its heavy gauge seems to ensure no burnt bottoms. Lovely pan.
