Great little pan for frying up eggs and hash browns. the non stick is really non stick. It is a good product with a great price, without sacrificing the quality.

Vollrath high temp rubber spatulas are great for both the kitchen and the bakery. Easily cook eggs in the pan because it can hold the high temp. it is also easily scrape dressing or ingredients out of the bowl.
