These fryers are great if you have a small seafood joint and only have a few orders! definitely worth it but if youre playing with the big boys and have a lot of covers you might want to step up your game!

This is a very good quality product. It does stick out from the wall a good bit especially the bottom shelf so be aware of the dimentions before.
