These are great quality wire racks. Its nice to have a full size. For a busy grill station that make for great resting racks with a sheet pan.

Vollrath 52431 Super Pan V 1/2 Size Flexible Steam Table / Hotel Pan Cover
The plastic pan cover was purchased to hold onto liquid foods but we realized pretty quickly we probably need another solution. There are gaps between allowing liquid to spill if you tip it over or liquid splashes around. Better than the metal lid top but not leakproof.

8" Lincoln by Vollrath Wear-Ever EZ4008 Ever-Smooth CeramiGuard II Non-Stick Fry Pan - Rivet-less
Great pan with a solid feel, thick aluminum, and excellent non-stick properties. The only problem I've had with it is it's a little handle heavy so it doesn't lay flat on the electric stove I'm stuck using. If you hold the handle as you cook or have a gas stove top, it should be better.
