Vollrath 52433 Super Pan V 1/4 Size Flexible Steam Table / Hotel Pan Cover
I use all the sizes of these flexible steam table pan covers, and this 1/4 is one of them just good as the others. It is easy to snap on and off, very easy to clean, and very durable. Love it

Vollrath 40709 15 lb. Commercial Countertop Deep Fryer 220V
Amazing. Paired this item with the Vollrath 40719 Cayenne 18" gas countertop griddle on a stainless steel table. Was skeptical to purchase at first considering I could not find many reviews online about this product. I thought that for the price it was an amazing deal, but sometimes that turns out to be disappointing. I was totally proven wrong. We have a restaurant with a seating capacity of 100 total, and we're easily able to use this fryer for appetizers, garnishes, and specials. Used it for frying fritters, vegetables, french fries, chicken, and even donuts. The recovery time is better than expected. I would not recommend this for a burger joint or an operation with a menu that is more than 25% fried foods, but if you're looking to just have fun, you'll love this piece of equipment!

Vollrath 68365 22" x 20" x 6" Bake / Roast Pan with Handles
I looked all over for a pan this size and as allways the WEBstaurant came thru. For the price it is a nice heavy pan.

Vollrath 47714 7/16" French Fry Cutter
This is a very good french fry cutter for the money. I would def. buy one again and only from this site. The prices elsewhere don't even compare.
