Vollrath 69130 13 qt. Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl
This 13-quart mixing bowl is a great value. Not only is it very affordable but it is also sturdy and easy to clean. I use it to mix my own sauces, to make the spice mixes and to bread the meat. Everyone should have a couple of different mixing bowls in various sizes and 13-quart should also be included as a basic mixing bowl.

Vollrath Jacob's Pride 47146 #30 Black Disher
This Vollrath black disher is my favorite one. It looks sleek and solid, and works very smoothly. I use it mostly for dishing small portions of ice cream. This is a great utensil to have for someone who is on a diet, because small portions are important when you want to lose weight. You can't find the disher of this quality in retail or department stores.

Vollrath 47935 5 qt. Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl
Nice size for your bigger ingredients. When working in a bakery, sometimes you need to make big batches of product. This holds plenty with it's sturdy design.

Vollrath 47751 Intrigue 9 3/8" Fry Pan
The Vollarath Intrigue Series is awesome. This pan compares favorably to the Sitram Profiserie series. It looks almost identical, having the type of handle, the same quality of welds, and the same type of disc bottom (it doesn't fully extend to the edge). The difference is that the Vollrath is considerably heavier and the bottom appears to be about 30% thicker. For a home cook, this makes a great second frypan--I use the 9 3/8 for smaller things and a 12 inch for larger.

Vollrath Z4010 Wear Ever 10" Non Stick Fry Pan - CeramiGuard II Finish with Cool Handle
Nice and beefy, This pan hold the heat very well. Clean up is a breeze. This pan is used several times daily and has never failed us yet.
