Heats evenly, large work surface. Holds heat relatively well, but wouldn't be sufficient for fast paced kitchen. Thermostat works efficiently, but did need to be adjusted.

received the range at 1030 today and by 11 we had it assembled and in place in the kitchen its a great deal and well built in fact we are planning on buying another with in the next 2 months

Cooking Performance Group 310517 30" x 26" Oven Rack for 36-CPGV-6B-S30 Range
Very good oven rack. We use it mainly for roasting chicken. Has served us well. Clean up could be a bit of a challenge as the meat sticks in the corner of the very small square grids but will come out with some effort. Recommended.
