Green Wave TWTOO027 4 Cup Carrier Pulp - Biodegradable 300 / CS
These are just as sturdy as the ones we got from our regular supply provider, but we save money even when you add shipping. I'm finding that with a lot of our regular restaurant paper goods. Local suppliers can't compete with Webstaurant, even when adding shipping in. Way to go Webstaurant! I always check you guys first now.

Green Wave TW-POO-009 7" Biodegradable Plate 1000/CS
We were very surprised at these plates. They are very sturdy, they recyle and/or compost. Our guests like the "all natural" look and have thanked us for being "environmentally considerate" Nice looking plate.

This is a great carrier however it is really really large. It's a little too large for us but we'l make it work until its time to order again and we'll go with a smaller one.

These worked very well with beans in one side and a half of BBQ chicken in the other side. They held up very well with both hot items!
