    This is a very small scale. I would not recommend this for a commercial kitchen. This would be great for a residential kitchen where it needs to be stored away.

  • Taylor 6072N 5" Superior Grade Dial Probe Thermometer

    Bought a couple of these and have had no problem. Be sure to calibrate before using and if you drop it. Probe sleeve is good and snug so thermometer does not fall out. Holds up great and love the storage container - keeps everything nice and clean. Use probe wipes to clean probe before storing. Meets my BOH requirements.

  • Taylor 5828 Dual Event Timer with Clock

    This timer gets the job done, but I will invest in a higher quality crafted version for my next one. The magnet is not strong enough to hold while pressing buttons - mine fell and the spring loaded clip broke. Otherwise, as a dual timer it is good and very helpful in the kitchen.

    The compact analog portion control scale is a great thing to have at our store. We use it to weigh different items and it is very accurate in its readings. It is small enough to store well and doesn't take up a lot of space.

  • Taylor 5832 TruTimer 60 Minute Mechanical Timer

    Great gadget to have around the kitchen, just set the timer and move on to other things. We always order from webstaurant and find most of our kitchen needs here.
