Tablecraft 1079BR Brown Rectangular Plastic Fast Food Basket 12 / Pack
I use these trays- they are easy to clean and durable. Only problem I have with them is my customers repeatedly throw them away despite signs and requests not too. The do not look like disposible plastic to me, but I guess to a customer in a rush they might.

I have lots of these. Table craft makes a great little product that does the job everytime. It comes in assortment of hole sizes so you can use it for salt all the way up to small leafy items like parsley and every spice mix in between.

Tablecraft 1104 Chef Squeeze 4 oz. Squeeze Bottle 1DZ
I use this bottle for putting liquids in that i sell that have a 5:1 ratio. Sno cone syrup works well in this bottle as there is a red cap to keep the liquid inside.
