This is a sturdy spoon. I mix batter with it (cake and cookie) when I don't want to use the mixer. It's a great value.

If you are going to buy the Sanitize sign, you should buy the Wash and Rinse signs, also. We have used them to label our Regency 3 compartment sink (the Health Department liked that)!
