  • Dexter-Russell 29193 V-Lo 8" Fillet Knife

    I have been looking for a good, reasonably priced carbon steel (non-stainless) filet knife for a long time. This is a great knife. I had it field tested by a friend of mine who has filleted thousands of fish and he rated the knife as "top-notch". I also have skinned my share of fish and also rate the knife as excellent. The knife performs as advertized and has all the advantages of carbon steel over stainless. I would highly recommend this knife to anyone.

    This is a nice large scalloped bread knife great for slicing a fresh loaf of brioche or any other soft bread. Nice for slicing sub and sandwich rolls.

  • Dexter-Russell 29013 6" Narrow V-lo Boning Knife

    I really like the handles on this series of knives. The shape is very comfortable, and the ridges help you hold on when the knife and your hand get covered in blood/grease.

  • Dexter-Russell 31641 4" x 2 1/2" Solid Turner - Plastic Handle

    Does the job. As a brand name we were a little surprised that after a while the finish started looking bad. Still a good value.
