Great scale. We have always found Pelouze scales to be reliable and accurate. The display is easy to read and the dial can be changed for taring the weight of the bowl, etc.

Fits great on the wastebasket, also purcahsed at the Webstaurant store. Makes the trash look more appealing (if that's at all possible). It is out in the open for customers to see so appearance does matter.
