I am starting up a small catering business and purchased the Rubbermaid 9f16 so I could deliver hot meals. The morning of the event I warmed everything up and headed to the event which was an hour away. When I took the food out it was as hot as if I had just taken it out of the oven. Rubbermaid 8315-AS Plastic Measuring Cup Set

These measuring cups are sturdy and great to have around the kitchen. The measurements are molded into the plastic so there's no worry about them being worn away like some lesser quality cups. I use them for all of my dry ingredients.
