  • 12" x 16" Quilon Parchment Paper Pan Liner 100 / Pack

    I use parchment paper when I bake on baking sheets (easy clean up), but also when I make cereal bars--just line the inside of the baking pan with parchment paper. I also really like how these sheets are flat so you don't have to figure out how to make them uncurl and lie flat on the baking sheet!

    I use this parchment paper for everything now - it's super easy and the large pieces are pre-cut and NOT dusty or "floured" - which keeps everything clean. I'll use this stuff from now on - way simpler than dealing with rolls of parchment.

    Love these parchment sheets! After years of using silpats and rolled parchment, these actually make life easier - even for a home baker like me. They really do lay flat! Keep in mind, especially for fellow home bakers, these are 16" by 24" - so they'll be twice the size of our "large" home oven baking sheets (appx 13" by 18"). I bought them knowing the size, but I wanted unbleached parchment, and didn't mind taking 3 minutes to slice them all in half right after they arrived.
