Panasonic NE-1054 1000 Watt Commercial Microwave Oven 120V

I operate a soup and sandwich joint, and use this microwave for a variety of prep and service processes. For my business needs, this is a superb piece of restaurant equipment. Reasons? 1. Ease of use. Manual is easy to understand, and microwave controls are engineered to be user-friendly. 2. Maintenance. Materials ensure unit's exterior and interior surfaces are easy to clean. 3. Flexibility. 3-stage heating allows user to bring cold foods gently to temperature, eliminating surface scorching and the need to constantly monitor product. Defrosting is exceptional: I defrosted a package of hot dog buns from soidly frozen to usable in four minutes, with no loss of product due to moisture loss/hardening.

Panasonic NE-1064 1000 Watt Commercial Microwave Oven 120V

I really like this microwave. It has a handle instead of a popper button to open it. This is great for some reason and really holds up well. Arrives covered in a wrap that protects the great stainless steel.
