Nemco N55600-1 3/16" Easy Tomato Slicer
We recently changed to this Nemco slicer from a Lincoln. It cost a lot less and works so much better! We use 3/16" thin slice and it cuts uniform thin slices without crushing or damaging the tomatoes. A must have for any high volume sandwich operation.

Nemco N554503 Easy Frykutter 1/2" French Fry Cutter
The NEMCO Fry Cutter is an excellent tool in our kitchen. We use it to cut 1/2" and 1/4" square fries and wedge potatos. It is so fast and sharp. We mounted it on the wall and all our cooks can easily use it. It is also easy to clean up. My guess is that it will never break.

This ribbon french fry cutter worked like a charm. I would recommend it highly. The cutter was very easy to use and to clean after the picnic.

Nemco 55424-1 1/4" Square Cut Blade Holder Assembly for Easy Chopper
This works great! It fits the chopper perfectly. We had been using the blade assembly from our dicer for the fries when we changed the size. Once we order this second blade assembly we no longer had to keep switching.
