Nemco 55641 Potato Cutter Wall Hanger (Bracket Only)
a must have if you purchase the potato cutter, makes removing and cleaning the potato cutter so much easier. I put mine on a microwave table top but must drill a hole and put a metal stopper to keep the potato cutter from sliding back during use. we just roll it out from the pantry into the kitchen when we use the potato cutter.

This fruit corer is used often to cut apples, lemons, limes, pears, etc. that is used in our pies. This comes in great use when we have to make a lot of pies around the holidays!

Nemco N55500-1 1/4" Easy Chopper Vegetable Dicer
This item is not sharp enough to cut onions. even when you slam down on the handle it still will not push the onion through the grate.

Nemco N565002 3/8" Easy Chopper II Vegetable Dicer
I ordered the Easy Chop by Nemco with some accessories. This machines is much better than I expected and ordered on Thursday and received it on Saturday FedEx- I was able to use it on the weekend, which I really appreciated. I use it primarily for cutting food for dehydrating and canning (about 500 jars a year). I also purchased the Easy Chop II. With these appliances I am preparing 4 times as fast! I did have a need to use the "online chat", however I would personally rather the phone. They gave me Nemco's customer service number and based on that enlighting conversation I purchased the Easy Chop. Great company, fast delivery, and awesome products at good prices. I will using them again! Mike
