  • Nemco N565002 3/8" Easy Chopper II Vegetable Dicer

    I ordered the Easy Chop by Nemco with some accessories. This machines is much better than I expected and ordered on Thursday and received it on Saturday FedEx- I was able to use it on the weekend, which I really appreciated. I use it primarily for cutting food for dehydrating and canning (about 500 jars a year). I also purchased the Easy Chop II. With these appliances I am preparing 4 times as fast! I did have a need to use the "online chat", however I would personally rather the phone. They gave me Nemco's customer service number and based on that enlighting conversation I purchased the Easy Chop. Great company, fast delivery, and awesome products at good prices. I will using them again! Mike

  • Nemco N565001 1/4" Easy Chopper II Vegetable Dicer

    Makes great diced onions quickly. Large onions take several hard strokes but not too hard once you get on to it. A little tedious to clean, but a small bamboo skewer fits just between the grooves. Well made and sturdy. I would recommend this product without reservation.

    The Square Cut Blade Holder is big, it's sharp and it can cut big pieces. I like to use it for potato wedges and onions. I'm very pleased with the product.

    This is a nice blooming onion cutter. It cuts everything very evenly and you can use it foe more then just cutting onions its good for potatoes and other types of vegetables.

    These blades seem to last forever. We moderately use our slices and finally after a year replaced these blades. It was like new again. They fit perfect.
