I've used these numerous times over the years at different jobs that I've had in foodservice. They are extremely easy to use, and always perform well. If you have a little or a lot of sliced tomatoes to do, this is what you need.

This works well, but my employees do keep breaking the cutting wire. It is pretty easy to fix, though. If you do have employees who are hard on things - be aware that you might have to fix this every now and then.

This chicken slicer is a must for an establishment that makes salads that require chicken slices. It is very easy to use: just put a chicken breast on the slice and press down the top part, this action will cause the chicken breast to pass through the blades and the slices will fall down. On average you can slice 8-12 chicken breasts per minute.
