First time user of this product.After learning from the mfg. brochure and others' reviews, I just needed to try it.I love it from the first week that I used.The food comes out perfectly (golden brown)every time from the same oil batch for longer time.Highly recommended.It works as it's supposed to do.I save half of the oil price on average of every change.The instruction is clearly written.
