These are the steam table models used in multiple of my culinary university's production kitchens, and I have to say it is a very nice piece of equipment. It is very portable and easy to move into the perfect position.

This mixer table stand is the prefect size for a small business or just a smaller place. I like the 2 shelves because you can fit bigger products on the bottom shelf.

Eagle Group HDC4848 Spec Air Condensate Exhaust Hood - 48" x 48" x 20"
This hood is great to have above steaming equipment! It is very powerful and sucks dangerous steam away quickly!! Great to have for automatic dishwashers too!!!
