This is a perfectly sized hood for a steam jacketed kettle. Seems to stay clean quite well and looks great can't ask for anymore.

Great hood to have above any automatic dish washer. it is very powerful and can suck up all the hot steam right away to prevent burns.

Eagle Group MS3036 Mixer Stand with Undershelf - 30" x 36"
This mixer table stand is the prefect size for a small business or just a smaller place. I like the 2 shelves because you can fit bigger products on the bottom shelf.
