Mercer M35110GY Gray High Temperature Slotted Turner - 12"
I definitely should have bought this one earlier. I find that it works much better than the usual flat spatula to turn things. Great for non-stick pans, highly recommended.

Mercer M24012 12" Pointed Sashimi Knife
This 12 inch sashimi knife is great for commercial use. It can deffinetly compare to the more expensive knives. Mercer makes some great products. Deffinetly a good buy.

Mercer M23011 Millennia 11" Granton Edge Slicer Knife
This slicing knife is inexpensive, and arrived sharp enough to make handiwork of a roast beef. The grip is contoured, and quite comfortable. Eleven inches is a good blade size for the majority of slicing.
