This is the perfect paddle when making cookies!! The rubber edge scraps the bowl for you while its mixing so it makes it so much easier.

A nice, roomy bowl for small-batch production. I can get three full loaves of bread out of this size, or a big batch of cookies. The handle makes it easy to move around.

KitchenAid KSMC50DH C Dough Hook
Depending on what kind of dough you are making, sometimes i prefer this dough hook over the spiral one. If you need to mix the product more, then this one is deffinetly the right choice.
