This is a nice rack for large plated dinners! Great for banquets and even good for restaurants that have a large cool dining room where food can quickly get cold!!!

Love this for hanging just about anything! I use S hooks and hang shelves, utensils and even an occasional backpack from this unit. I plan to purchase more of these. Very easy to hang and extremely sturdy. A must have in the kitchen.

I found this proofer to work great, heats up quickly and creates alot of moisture. Docking one star for the amount of moisture that ends up outside the unit, need to change bucket quite often.
